3 Boyz Printz is a small family business in Austintown, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect through 3boyzprintz.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote. Our contact and quote forms ask for your name and email address, and may include your business name, the quantity and material you need, a description of your project, and any file you choose to attach (such as a 3D model, drawing or photo).
When you visit the site. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically receives basic technical information when your browser loads a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We don't use this information to identify you.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies of our own.
How we use your information
- To reply to your message or quote request.
- To prepare quotes and, if you hire us, to design, print and deliver your order.
- To keep a record of our conversations and orders for our business records.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Your files and designs
Files you send us are used only to quote and complete your project. We don't share, sell or reuse your designs, and we won't make or sell copies of your parts for anyone else. If you'd like us to delete your files once your project is finished, just ask.
How we share information
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services that run our website and email:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores the messages and files sent through our forms.
- Squarespace manages our domain and forwards email sent to our address.
- Google provides our email inbox (Gmail), where messages are delivered, and the fonts used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers.
Some of our guides include embedded YouTube videos, shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. If you play one, YouTube (owned by Google) may collect information under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Links to other websites
Our product and store links take you to Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok and other sites, and our footer links to our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle your information. When you buy one of our products on a marketplace, that marketplace handles your order and payment.
How long we keep information
We keep messages, quote requests and files for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your order and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you've sent us by emailing mike@3boyzprintz.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and we use reputable providers to host the site and handle email. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
